Returns and Refunds

At gianvitirossi.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account on gianvitirossi.com and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers.
  5. Attach the prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship the package back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean surface to preserve the sole.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, and items marked as “non-refundable” cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on gianvitirossi.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
